The Springs

Coast Helicopters can show you off both sides of the Central Coast with this package. Depart from our Erina Heliport out over Brisbane Waters on track for the coastline at Terrigal. From here we track up alongside the coast flying over the beautiful beaches and clear colours of the Tasman to The Entrance. We then head inland over the Central Coast’s hinterland for The Springs located at Peats Ridge. Enjoy the scenic views while you take in lunch from their seasonal menus.

Here is an excerpt from The Springs at Peats Ridge about the experience they offer;

“With weekday, weekend and seasonal menus, you’ll always find something to tempt you. Executive chef Dan Capper has been with The Springs from its opening in 2013, bringing with him his ever prevalent passion and commitment to creating dishes with a unique and innovative twist. Dan will cater for even the most challenging dietary requirements, from herbivores, omnivores, carnivores and piscivores. Whatever your food choice, you are always welcome at The Springs.”
